The Project

Remedial Works Across a Shopping Village

The first roof was a failing pitched roof which covered over Sports Direct. On this roof we stripped away the existing tiles to reveal a deteriorated breather membrane and roofing batten system.

This was all stripped out and fully replaced with a new high performance breather membrane and treated roofing batten. We then re-installed the existing tiles, as they had to match the surrounding buildings, and completed new hip sections and lead flashing works.
