For this project, we provided a regular client of ours with a full roofing package. This covered the flat roofs and the entire pitched roof.
A Full Roofing Package, Pitched and Flat
The flat roofs and dormers are warm roof installations with 120mm of insulation, creating a U-value of 0.18 W/m²K. These were finished again in Alwitra Evalon VSK single-ply membrane.
The pitched roof works consisted of installing new timber batten and a high-performance breather membrane with Marley Modern tiles across the roof. We completed all the works surrounding the dormers, including the lead works.
As per the client's request, we added some additional bespoke aluminium trims (slate grey to match the flat roof trims). We fitted these onto the windowsills for an aesthetically pleasing waterproofed finish.
