The Project

Chimneys, Valleys and Lead on an Exposed Cliff-Top Building

On this residential building we completed various remedial works. Two chimney breasts were causing big issues with water ingress and failing lead. The lead had been held together using a flash band temporary tape, which was barely holding the lead in place.

We stripped out all of the old lead and lead step flashings, re-ground out the chase, cleaned them all out and fitted new code 5 lead. Also on the building we completed valley refurbishments, tile works and flat roofing upgrades.
