Located on the hills of Alum Chine, this property is often exposed to the weather elements coming in from the Bournemouth coastline.
Here we carried out some remedial works across the building to stop water ingress issues and various other discrepancies that had built up over time. The existing valleys were all split and cracked, allowing water to flow under the waterproofing system and damage internal woodwork.
To rectify this, we stripped away the surrounding slates to gain access to the valley. The valleys were all stripped out and replaced with new GRP slate valley troughs, once the timber under the old valleys had been rectified by our carpenters.
Our flat roofing teams also completed refurbishment works on the terraces of the property, which all needed replacing due to deterioration and poor original installation.
