York Towers, Westbourne
This residential block in Westbourne, Bournemouth had some issues with the existing valleys and lead works, which our team completely renewed.
Replicating Intricate Fascia Detail, Panel by Panel
The main works on this project was the replacement of the very detailed timber fascia panels and emblems around the building on both higher and lower levels. The original emblems were stencilled so that we could replicate the intricate details that this building has.
Our team replaced all of the timber fascia with new marine plywood and architrave detailing. Once complete we completed the paintwork and lead flashing to tie it all in. Very happy with the outcome on this one — great effort by our team, as well as a special mention to Copperwood Joinery for the emblem construction.
